• Buyer–seller financial transactions occur independently of okobiz Property

6. Legal & Documentation Disclaimer

At the current stage of our business model:

• okobiz Property does not provide legal certification or document guarantees
• We may offer general guidance or assistance, but this does not replace professional legal advice
• Responsibility for legal verification lies entirely with buyers and sellers

Future services may include enhanced verification or legal support, subject to separate agreements.

7. User Conduct

Users must not:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Post illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive listings
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to bypass agreed fees or platform rules

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
